1997 Blue Stripe Harley-Davidson Heritage Springer

Back in 1997, a client and friend drove his brand new Heritage Springer to my office. I told him that day that it was the prettiest motorcycle I had ever seen. So just about every year since 1997, when he came in the office at tax time I would ask about the Springer. He still had it, along with a half-dozen other Harleys.

Fast forward 21 years to 2018. Still got it? “Yep.” Want to sell it? “Nope.” How many miles does it have on it? “Less than 2,000.” After a lot of banter back and forth, he agreed to think about pricing it to me and let me know in a few days.
