1971 Porsche 911-T Targa

In 1996 I found this 1971 Porsche advertised for sale in Miami. The price was $6,900. After talking to the seller I purchased a one-way airline ticket for my brother to fly down there and drive the car back to North Alabama.

For the next four years I dedicated all of my hobby time to restoring the car. My restoration project was a total commitment of love and attention to detail.

Unfortunately, in 2000 I had an accident where I fishtailed, went into a 360° spin and hit an embankment going backwards. The car was totaled.
